Richmond is updating its zoning ordinance through Code Refresh, a citywide initiative that will shape future land use and development.

WCA follows this process, reviews proposed changes affecting Westhampton, and helps residents stay informed about opportunities to provide input.

Special Use Permits

Special Use Permits (SUPs) allow certain property uses or developments that would not otherwise be permitted under existing zoning regulations.
