WCA serves Richmond’s greater Westhampton community, working alongside local civic associations to preserve and enhance the character of our neighborhoods.

Our primary area of focus extends from Patterson Avenue to the James River and from I-195 to the Henrico County line. However, membership is open to anyone who shares our interest in the future of Westhampton, regardless of where they live.
