Zoning Development and Traffic Issues

• We provided numerous updates to members concerning bike lane plans on Grove, zoning revisions relating to parking minimum elimination, accessory dwelling units by right and short term rentals, and most recently, the planned closure of parts of Libbie and Cary related to a sewer repair project.

• Members of the Board participated in public meetings concerning the three zoning proposals and continue to engage with the Planning Department.
  

• We continue to monitor all new development plans and advocate for modifications, where possible, to maintain the village-like character of the area.

  
  

Planning for Rezoning to Achieve Richmond 300 Goals

• The current three zoning proposals are a precursor to a full rewrite of the  City's zoning rules.
• Board members are planning to be engaged in that process

Regular Interaction with Our City Council Member and Other City Officials

• We have stayed in regular contact with our Council member and passed along information about his First District Meetings

Annual Meeting and Party at The Country Club of Virginia

• After COVID disruptions, we've now held two successful Annual Meetings and Partys at CCV with 200 people in attendance. Our next Party is being planned for May 1, 2024.
